Initial situation
Pt came to our clinic with spontaneous sharp lancinating pain in upper left side
After history taking, clinical examination and tests were done with radiographic examination , our diagnosis was acute irreversible pulpitis due to carious pulpal involvement in tooth no.24
Ttt plan: Rct followed by final restoration
Another shot clinically from the buccal aspect after initial caries removal
N.B : after complete caries removal and access cavity preparation, the buccal and palatal walls were weakened , so I reduced them occlusally to relieve occlusal stresses on them between visits until we deliver the final restoration but unfortunately pt disappeared for a long time after pain relief so buccal wall was lost
So , we decided to finish our Rct in this visit and begin post space preparation in the next visit and core build up for the final restoration
